SHIPPING    PICKUP   RETURN POLICIES

 

PICKUP INFORMATION

We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.  It will be placed outside in a plastic tote, to protect it from the weather, if I am not in the studio.

The studio is located at; 43 Spar Cove Rd, Freeport, Maine, 04032.  There are 2 gray buildings at that location.   The first building (garage) is where my studio is located.  Look for the steps on the side of the building.  The studio door is the one on the left.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Within the US, your order will ship via USPS.  As the cost of shipping depends on the size of the items bought, I can give you a rough estimate.  For small/medium padded envelopes @ $4.00. Otherwise I will try to utilize flat rate shipping boxes.  I will invoice you separately for shipping when needed.

If you wish you can have an item shipped directly to a gift recipient, just let us know. Orders will usually ship in 2-3 business days, for in-stock items. If you want insurance, overnight, or the package is heavy, we'll figure it out!

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible GLASSMERMAIDART@GMAIL.COM. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Since all of my beads and jewelry are handmade and therefore unique creations, the item you receive will be like no other. I'm not happy until you're happy, so please let me know if you are not totally satisfied, and I will work with you to make it right.
