Fall Birches
Service Description
This is a two session class. You’ll design and create a stunning fused glass panel inspired by the vibrant colors of autumn birch trees! In this class, you’ll learn the basics of glass cutting, layering, and fusing techniques. We'll also learn some basic torching techniques. Using a variety of colored glass, you’ll bring the beauty of fall to life with your own unique interpretation of birch trees. All materials are provided, and no prior experience is necessary. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a beautiful piece of art ready to display in your home! This is a 2 session class, all materials are included except display stands. Suitable for all levels. Glass will be ready to pickup a week or so after the last class.
Cancellation Policy
Please read these policies before booking. Registering for a class means you agree to them. Refunds/Cancelations: - 7 full days before class: full refund, or transfer to another class date at no charge. - Less than 7 full days before class: Unfortunately, at this point is it hard to fill seats last minute and no refund/credit will be given unless we can fill your spot from someone on the waitlist. We understand emergencies arise and we will try to work with students. - No-shows forfeit the class fee. - If we cancel a class for any reason (low enrollment, weather, kiln issues), you'll receive a full refund or a transfer to a future date. Safety & Studio Conduct - Closed-toe shoes are required. No sandals or open shoes. - Avoid loose sleeves or hanging jewelry. - You'll be handling sharp glass. Cuts are possible even with care. - We require eye protection for most aspects of this studio, we provide clean safety glasses, or you may bring your own. - Follow all instructor directions. We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving unsafely, unkindly, or inappropriately (at the discretion of the studio instructor) to leave without a refund.
