Welcome to Glass Mermaid Studio. Located on the beautiful Maine Coast, an inspiring place to learn new skills, meet new friends, shop and have fun!
There are new classes and old favorites happening in the studio! We've added Open Studio for those who have previously taken a class and want to work independently on their own projects. We'd love to have you join us for a class in our studio, or gather some friends or coworkers and we'll help you put together a project just for your group.

Open Studio Saturday!
Come see what happens inside a glass studio! Demos, snacks, and a FREE project will be part of the stop at our studio. In addition to glass art, there will be paintings, guest artist and items for sale. After you finish your visit with us, be sure to check out the other studios around Freeport!
The Art Studio Tour is a unique opportunity to visit the working studios of local artists. You will have the chance to see where they create, learn about their process, and purchase their work. The tour will feature a variety of artists, including painters, sculptors, photographers, blacksmiths, glass artist and more.
This is a great opportunity to meet the artists, see their work in progress, and learn about their creative process. You can also purchase original artwork and support local artists.
